Our programme is delivered in 3 steps:

1

Online Self-Assessment

Ahead of the 1st training event, attendees are asked to reflect on their existing skillset when it comes to managing people meaning they come to the training days with heightened awareness of gaps they may want to work on.

2

x3 in person training days

The programme is delivered over 3 days in total with each day being delivered approx. 2 weeks apart. Training is highly interactive, practical and motivating. Attendees leave each day with key actions they will implement ahead of the next training day.

3

1-2-1 Action Planning

Once the training days have concluded, each attendee gets a 1-2-1 action planning session with the training facilitator to discuss how they are going to implement their learning overall and to formulate a clear action plan.
